HCR-100N high pressure common rail injector diesel pump test bench is a special equipment developed by Taian Best Automation Equipment Co.,Ltd to test high pressure common rail injector. Have a HCR-100N test bench,the traditional user in repairing industry will be the industry leader of repairing industry of diesel system.

This test bench is used to test performance of common rail injector

professionally.

HCR-100N can do the below test:

2.Full-automatically test leakage, backflow, pilot injection, cranking , medium oil quantity, maximum load oil quantity, atomization quality, solenoid performance of common rail injectors produced by BOSCH,DENSO,DELPHI,SIEMENS,CATERPILLAR. Display the solenoid’s fault state in real time. Do high pressure cleaning for common rail injector. The highest pressure is up to 1800Bar.
